The Management Committee is responsible for the overall governance of the organisation and is made up of individual members and elected representatives from the member groups of the Foundation.
Members of the Management Committee are responsible for the strategic direction of the Foundation and encompass a wide range of skills and experience between them.

The Committee meet Bi-monthly and there are also 3 further sub-groups, which meet on a regular basis.

These sub-groups are responsible for Finance, Project Development and Fundraising.
