GROWING CO-ORDINATOR
£19,620 to £21,840
(According to experience)
37 hours, including evening and weekend work

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to co-ordinate a partnership project which will transform the allotments of Hyndburn into a vibrant resource for local food growing.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating the physical site improvements, and for inspiring local residents and community groups to participate in food growing, on allotments, in backyards and community gardens.  You will need project management skills, knowledge of food growing, and experience of community development.   You will work in partnership with Hyndburn Borough Council, East Lancs Teaching PCT, and Bootstrap Enterprises.
