Lots of volunteering opportunities on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, Conservation Rangers, a walk, two training courses through the Rewilding Hyndburn's Grreen Spaces project plus our regular Tuesday and Saturday craft sessions.

Have a look at our events as we are sure you will find something that will interest you and that you will enjoy.  BOOK early as most of the activity sessions and courses get booked up very quickly.

From Traditional Rural Crafts, Scything, Fretsaw, Pyrography,  Surveying and Recording Wildlife, Nature & Photography, Green Roof buildings, themed walks, cycliing, tree planting, willow weaving, habitat management and visits to food growing and recycling centres PROSPECTS endeavours to provide a wide range of events to suit all ages, abilities and environmental interests.

Don't forget all PROSPECTS activites are published on Facebook in the Events Section and ALL the posters are available on the NEW Activities page Under What's On in the left Menu.

Environmental Awareness, Funded Project - NEW funded activities and courses started running in September 2016 and ran until the end of March 2017.  Funding was through the NHS Clinical Commissioning Group administered by H and RV CVS.

There were themed activities around country skills, traditional & heritage rural crafts, crafts using recycled materials, wildlife gardening, walking and cycling and many many more.

ACTIVITIES at the PROSPECTS Environment Centre

Drop-in and meet the PROSPECT'S ACTIVITY ORGANISER on Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 10:00am to 4:00pm or contact Barbara Sharples to arrange a meeting between on a Saturday from 10:30am -  12.30pm to suggest activities at the Environment Centre or Training Centre, to become a volunteer or to find out about using the centres for a meeting or an event.
